My name is Emma Nicholls and I am the founder of Bulldog Property Investments. I have always loved property and wanted to turn this passion into a business. I enjoy renovating properties and uncovering their true potential. I also love interior design and furniture which goes hand in hand with renovations.

I am currently in the process of building my property portfolio as well as providing deal packages to investors. As the business grows, more content will be available on this site which will include current and upcoming projects, as well as investor opportunities.

I chose to name the company after my English Bulldog Spud, who inspires me everyday to build the best life possible for both of us. Therefore, why not let him be the face of the company and it's official mascot?
